I just came across this blog, help me become a switcher last night and had a quick read.

Stefen from United States managed to get himself a brand new 20″ iMac, through sponsors of bloggers around the world, in just 4 weeks. All he did was set up a blog, expressing his crave for a brand new iMac.

Also, I came across another blog few weeks ago, from Stop Tape, one of the contributor, Christ, lost his camera equipments and computer worth USD 5000 and now they set up a fundraising blog in attempt to buy back the stolen equipments, they’ve raised $725 so far.

Okie, I am broke too, after paying all sort of bills, I don’t see much balance on my bank account. Can’t even afford to get a Nikon 50mm f1.8, have to do some savings. Not to mention Nikon 70-200 VR f2.8 and Nikon 105 VR Micro lenses.

Well, just kidding, I can manage to save that amount of money, in months, properly years. But it doesn’t stop you to contribute to my wish-list-fund. I don’t mind your donation, that helps me to archive my goal ealier haha

What I am trying to say here is, never underestimate the power of internet. You never know what you can achive on internet. This remind me of another news I read the other week. An English guy set up a website, and reckon it will reach 1 million hits(or 2? can’t remember) within 1 day (or a few hours? can’t remember either). His girlfriend doubt it and bet if it reach that benchmark, she will get him a threesome, and guess what, with help of Daily Mirrors, he actually achived it.

I want to switch!

I will be selling some of my unuse stuff on ebay, and fund myself using the money I make from ebay. Hope I could manage to get a good VR lens
