As you know I don’t have the access to the internet at home yet, so this morning I decided to come to the library to get online, checking mail and stuff.
Then I opened up my blog, and waited for a while for the IE 6 to load up my sidebar. After a while, I thought, it shouldn’t take this long to load the theme. Then I scrolled the screen down.
Shit, the sidebar had been pushed to the bottom!
Ah….the CSS is not working very well with IE 6, and according to my mint, most of the readers are still using Internet Explorer (not sure which version though).
Now I have another problem to solve!

I check this morning. It looks ok.
You fixed the problem?
I think I know what the problem is.
It is one of the CSS, I limit the IMG width to 500px, so I don’t have to resize photos, however, in IE6, it doesn’t recognize that command, obviously.
hmmmmm
CSS doesn’t work well with IE6?
Do you know any other fucntion that doesn’t work in IE6?
I’m using the CSS in my web application too, and I’m using IE7 to test. But the users are all using IE6. Hopefully they won’t get much problems, as I only use the color, font and size only.
kaka,
colour, font and font size should be coming out fine in IE6. CSS work well with IE6, it just IE6 won’t ‘listen’ to some of the commands…
I know some of the command might not come out right for different browser (especially IE6), for example padding, margin, block, etc
It is always a pain, why don’t they standardize the browsers? hmmmm
